Woodstock
International Film Festival
Woodstock Theatre - 209 Main Street on the Square
Avid moviegoers will soon
brave winter's chill to see films from Germany, France,
Russia and Iran when they attend the 7th
International Woodstock Film Festival. The
festival runs from January
23 – 27, 2009, at the Woodstock Theatre located at 209
Main Street, just off the historic square in
downtown Woodstock.
Each of the films was an Academy Award nominee

Old Court House Arts Center Annual Studio Sale

A showcase event exhibiting over 30 painters, sculptors,

this year's charities are Turning Point's battered
women's shelter and Direct Assistance Program, helping

Annual Harvest Fest/Fiddlers Contest and Fair on America's Best

How better to celebrate Woodstock's history as a historic market
town? A day long celebration featuring farmer's market,
old-time craft demonstrations including weavers, spinners,
quilters, blacksmithing, woodworking, children's activities and
a fiddler's contest for youth and adults. Top all of this
off with the Fair on Square craft show featuring crafters from
all over the Midwest.

Lighting
of the Historic Square
America's Best Town Square comes alive with hundreds of
thousands twinkling lights at the lighting of the Square.
Festivities begin at 6:30 with lighting at 7:00
pm. Shopkeepers open their doors to the holiday
season....there is no better Home for the Holidays atmosphere than
on America's Best Town Square.
Woodstock
Christmas Parade - 2:00 PM welcoming Santa and
the holiday spirit. After the parade, join

Christmas and Home for the Holidays
Old fashion Christmas beauty on
the historic square. Unique shops, dining, theatre,
movies, Various events. For a real Home for the Holidays

Ladies Night Out
On
the Woodstock Square and Main Street 5 to 10 p.m.
Sponsored by the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce &
Industry as part of the Victorian Christmas celebration.
There will be limousine rides providing transportation
to restaurants and merchants. While supplies last, a
free long-stem red rose will be handed out from
gentlemen stationed around the square to honor women.
Participating restaurants will be offering dinner and
drink specials, entertainment, open houses and
